dc.description.abstractMindfulness is an emotional well-being, relative freedom from anxiety and disabling symptoms, and a capacity to establish constructive relations and cope with ordinary demands and stress of life. Mental hygiene is to save man from complexes and inner conflicts and to prepare him for such a living in which his natural diseases and social beliefs are properly adjusted and he may develop the capacity of facing complex situations as well. Mental sickness and for their convenience, the science of Mindfulness and facilities for psychology and treatment have been developed. There is no significant difference between Prospective teachers Male and Female in their Mindfulness, with reference to the dimensions of Realistic perception, Autonomy, and Environmental mastery.en_US
