dc.description.abstract | Management Information systems (MIS) are an essential entity for the performance in the finance industry, there are loopholes in MIS which dilute the overall success of the organization. This negligence has led most of the Finance Institutions in Sri Lanka to a great trouble. As a reason, recently Central Bank of Sri Lanka has published 12 finance institutions which are in Non performing stage. So, this research will find consequences, route causes and recommendation by evaluating the present literature of recommended researchers on the subject for the last 3 decades. By evaluating many papers related on the subject area, this research will come out of the loopholes in the existing MIS using by the Sri Lankan finance institutions and find out the correlation between the MIS and company performance. | en_US |
