Publication Embargo IDairy: Intelligence and Secure E-Commerce Platform for Dairy Production and Distribution Using Block Chain and Machine Learning(IEEE, 2022-07-18) Liyanage, I; Madhuwantha, N; Perera, M; Ruhunage, S; Mahaadikara, M. D. J. T. H; Rupasinghe, LThe dairy industry plays an essential role in the Sri Lanka economy. The purpose of this study is to reduce the cost of import dairy products and increase the profit of the dairy industry. IDairy: Intelligence and secure e-commerce platform for dairy production and distribution using blockchain and machine learning has been suggested as a mobile application. As a first step, this research suggested four factors. Develop a business intelligence dashboard using predictive analysis and provide business solutions to dairy companies described the revenue for the coming month using machine learning and the earning data charts for years to come to display in the dashboard. Design IOT device to maintain the temperature of fresh milk cargo while transporting to productions and design smart contract to maintain the optimum temperature for the fresh milk harvest. Develop a system to identify the cows’ diseases using image processing the primary objective was identified cows’ Foot and Mouth diseases and provide notifications to milk farms about existing illnesses. Cows’ disease directly affects dairy productions. Develop a mobile application for farmers to store animal data, do profit calculation, including giving business solutions through the application with location tracking service. With this IDairy application, both farmers and production companies will be able to get an idea about their future profit and will be suggesting the business solutions.Publication Embargo JESSY: An Intelligence Travel Assistant(IEEE, 2021-12-09) Dilshan, K. P; Thelijjagoda, S; Jayalath, HSri Lanka has a lengthy history as a tourist destination, but due to political and social forces, there have been numerous ups and downs. In Sri Lanka, the tourism industry is regarded as the third most important economic activity. As per the other countries in the world, Sri Lanka also facing the Covid19 pandemic situation, and the research team has identified several issues that need to be addressed immediately. When tourists visit Sri Lanka, some of them utilize package-based services provided by travel companies, whereas backpackers are independent budget travelers who book hotels, modes of transportation, meal plans, and destinations independently. Thus, ‘JESSY’, the intelligent travel assistant has been proposed with the intension to help independent travelers to travel around the country safely. Accordingly, the ‘JESSY’ is a collection of all the items that a traveler should carry with them every times. The main objective of the research team was to develop a mobile application which includes a leisure time planner, a trustworthy travel guide recommendation for booking, a virtual guide experience for travelers, a chatbot that offers automatic replies by analyzing and assessing data and information, utilities, resources, and safety. 'JESSY' is available for both Android and IOS operating systems.
